Respected sir My name is suresh. My brother (Babji) brought 1.5 ton magic cool 3 star air conditioner in innovation, vizianagaram on 10th march, 2018. 3 meters out side copper pipe in the a. C kit. But it was not sufficient for installation. Extra out side copper pipe requires for instalation. Services man wanted extra 2 meters copper pipe. We said "you will supply whirlpool company pipe, i will pay the amount." he bring a out side 1/2 inch copper pipe 2 meters. He said it is a whirlpool company pipe. But that's not whirlpool company pipe, that is total line company. The service man cheated me. Immediately i said "you will stop the instalation. When you will bring whirlpool company pipe then you will fix the a. C". I send that copper pipe line photos. Once you check then you will action on that service man.
