[Resolved] Whirlpool — Magic cool 1.0 ton AC board complaint, The exact time of one year and two months | |||
I bought an AC in September 2019 believing in the brand whirlpool. I had spent 6 months at home and 6 months abroad for my job purpose, The exact time of one year and two months its stopped working and the technician(COC[protected]) checked and told me to replace the board and for this I has to pay Rs 9520 for outdoor unit and Rs 3570 for indoor unit. in the present situation when I have to pay this much amount for the AC I used for only a few days which is miserable, I lose faith in the brand whirlpool not only because of this issue but also while i talking with the sales manager Mr Sarath (mob: [protected]), therefore need to think about it from a customer's angle and take positive action. Verified Support Dec 30, 2020 Whirlpool India Customer Care's response Dear Team, In this case part need to be replace in appliance on chargeable basis but customer not ready to pay the same as per company policy which is not possible.Spoken with customer same inform to him.
