I am vijay from chennai. Worst service by whirlpool. We have bought a whirlpool washing machine 6.2 kg fibre tub model in 2014. It was running good for 3 1/2 yrs. Today the water started leaking from the tub and we called the customer service and they sent the person for checking the same. The person did nothing for sevice. He charged 470rs. For visiting charges alone and told there is problem with the tub and costs around 7000/ for it. Very worst service and product. Never ever choose whirlpool in any product.
