I was working for whitecross since 2015.previous they given write salary on time .that time empolyee team was good .latter before covid they started avoiding payment and my 35-40k payment is still pending from 3 yr .i callled them, mailed too many time but no use...

When i phoned to customer care number, there is a lady sitting over there with nut head.. She just replies saying that i am not in that team.. Which shows there interest towards solving employee problems. My concern is to bring notice to top management regarding back end office employee's work ethics. I was working as an staff nurse in whitecrossclinic (Jp morgan chase & co from 14.10.2016 to 21.12.2017.) i have resigned from my post on 21 st december, 2017. My name has been entered wrong in pf and i have been asking mr rajesh, the hr of wcc to correct it since may, 2017. I have even filled the form for name correction twice since then. Unless the employer approves it in the uan portal, the pf office cannot process any further.
