WhiteCross Clinic — pf name correction and pf holding

I was working as an staff nurse in whitecrossclinic (Jp morgan chase & co from 14.10.2016 to 21.12.2017.) i have resigned from my post on 21 st december, 2017. My name has been entered wrong in pf and i have been asking mr rajesh, the hr of wcc to correct it since may, 2017. I have even filled the form for name correction twice since then. Unless the employer approves it in the uan portal, the pf office cannot process any further.
Regarding this, i have mailed to ceo of wcc in july.
Eventhough i have called mr rajesh a number of times, he is not giving me a proper reply and he is not attending my calls for the past few days.
Kindly reply what i should do.
