As the software of the phone is having a problem, the phone is not booting. As we live in pune, please communicate the service centre details so that the handset can be rectified. Please reply on mail id [protected]@tatamotors.com. There is no response on the customer care number displayed on internet and the website too is not accessible. We are facing problem in contacting the company since last 5 months.
