Wiio — Mobile warranty/ after sales service

Hi, I purchased a mobile Wiio Wi5 on 27 Feb 2015 (PaisaPay ID [protected]). The phone has 1 year warranty. At the end of October 2015 the phone was not getting started. When I bought the phone I checked that the list of service centers I contacted them however the centers said that they dont serve Wiio repairs. When I called the help line [protected] which is handled by guy called Vinod told me that they dont have any service senter in Pune and I will have to courier the mobile to him in Jaipur bearing the courier charges which I did nd in the event of the same the battery wires were removed by courier boy which i reported to Vinod and he said he will cover that in warranty. Now after 1 week I got the mobile to find that the issue is not resolved the Power on button is not working when I called up Vinod he was very casual about it. I cant afford again to courier the phone for Rs.410 again neither can wait 8 days to get the mobile back. When I sent I told Vinod That I need to travel nd hence need my mobile quick. I really feel fixed. No proper customer service nd I am paying wasting money. I want wiio to either get my cell replaced / refund or assist with service center in pune and also want them to refund my Rs.410 that I paid for courier. Regards Sheetal Singh
