Wildcraft India — Wildcraft mask Order ID O251fc1 size issue

This was regards to my order m size of mask after receiving the order what I found it was not proper size needs to be 20 " 12 as mentioned in ur size chart but actual size so less pls find attached screenshot. Size is less what it was mentioned already product take more time to deliver really disappointed with this product. Actually I thought May be ordering product from website is useful but after receiving I found size issue. So pls look into this matter and refund my money back.

But my question is why they are not provided proper measurements mask as mentioned in website as per size only I had and paid online
Who will be responsible it's totally wate of my money and it's costly also

Pls find scren short for the same

Pls team help me regarding this fraud done by company to its customers.
