Please note this company first offer me job and then give lame excuses that due to company global changes they want to withdraw offer but till that time i was resigned from my current company & intimated company as well. Later send me mail that due to negative background they are withdrawing offer and didnt give me any clarification and not responding my mails... Both parties (Consultant & company) were involved in this case and now nobody is helping me out for job.

This is so unprofessional & unethical... I want compensation for two months salary as resolution because i need to search job.

1. First party who called me up for job offer.. Dated feb 18th
2. Interview call mail received on feb 19th
3. Request salary slip & offer letter telephonically and same was mailed to them on feb 20th
4. Again called up for final round of interview of march 20th.
5. Received offer letter from below mentioned second party on march 7th and i accept the same and revert them on 7th only.
6. I resigned from my last organization on march 8th...

Later after some days i start getting calls from ms. Renu to reverse my resignation as due to some global changes wiley is holding back all the positions and when i denied to do so they start giving me call with various offers and then said that they will offer me job in some other department but no one from company called me up and try to solve the issue. Finally on march 28th they sent me mail that offer has been withdrawal due to my negative verification and didnt give me any details. They dont even revert me on my mails.
