William Stag — payment not received

I am from kerala, i was also been cheated by this company called william stag. They contacted me through phone and said they are based at up and their customer care office is at hyderabad. They gave me 160 pages to edit and once i have done that, they reviewed my job and said i have met 91% accuracy and will receive a payment of rs. 27104/- but before that i will have to clear 14% gst. I paid them rs 3795 towards the gst. Once the payment was made, all the contact numbers are switched off and even the site is missing. I have transferred the payment through paytm. Please can someone advise me as to what needs to be done further. Is there any place where i could complain, even if no use.
The lady who contacted me was named aswathy. The numbers through which she contacted me was [protected] and [protected].
