I have placed order on willora.com site on rs. 1100 for kurtis for woman. I registered on the site with my phone number. 11th may 2019 i have received my order but it was different which i ordered. Than i post a mail to return it. N drop a massage. But no body to entertain my complaint or problem. There are not poviding there customer service no also. They are nt telling the return process also.

I booked 2 Combo Kurtis, but you sent totally different. Am very unhappy to your service. please take back your order & refund my amount.

I ordered for a combo of 5 Kurti for rs 1640/- on 5-5-2019 and on[protected] the item was delivered. The delivered item was different from wat I ordered. I was delivered with 5 kurtis and that too was smaller size and of cheap quality.

I have orderd 3 kutis and i received 3 kurtis which is completely different from the picture shown. And quality is also very poor.
There is a customer care number which is always switched off and no response to mail also.
