[Resolved] Willora.com — cheated with wrong product

I have ordered for Kurtis from willora.com on 28/04/2019 and I received the product on 06/05/2019 .But the product which I received is not the one which I ordered.They mentioned in their website to send mail to care.[protected]@gmail.com to return the product.And I have send the mail immediately once I received the product.They mentioned that they will revert for mail in maximum 48 hrs but it is almost 1 week and there is no response from them. The product which I received is of very poor quality with different size. I had paid Rs 1490 cash on delivery .So please do the needful.
