I ordered combo kurtis of rupees 990/- I received courier with totally different kurtis which are not worth of rs.990.it's of very cheap quality. I gone through there website for returns of product, there I found returns policy, I read it.it was mentioned there you need to write a mail to care.[protected]@gmail.com to give prior intimation of returning of product.i wrote a mail.on next I gone through website again to find customer care no. I got [protected] on Google, I called on it that person said me immediately you receive your money back just do one thing share your UPI PIN .He asked me PIN in such a way that you combine your PIN and your last 2 digit of your account no.ThereI I clicked he is a faurd person because for UPI transaction we don't need PIN to be share.I asked him why you are asking for PIN?? He started explaining .He was forcing me to share PIN, I shared him wrong PIN to check whether he is genuine. After trasaction not happened he asked me to give right PIN, I started arguing with him then he cut the phone. Now I don't understand whom to contact. This is a fake website. They are providing wrong items and even on sending mail for returning they are not responding back.
It's an fraud and fake online website.
They have to face consequences for this.
