I ordered a set of 4 kurtis from willora but they delivered me the wrong product. All of the kurtis were different from the ones which i ordered. Even the material was of cheap quality. Moreover i ordered a different size from the one which was delivered to me. I was cheated on my the website. I paid a total of 1165 for 4 kurtis for which i want to claim a refund. Plz let me know the solution as soon as possible.

I have placed order with Willora shadowfax for combo pack of two Kurtis duly paying Rs.915/- online..vide order# WLR[protected] I have received very substandard product not even matching the colour and design as ordered..truly disappointed..I need to return it any cost...
