Wine Shop — over charging than mrp

I bought Smirnoff vodka triple distilled 375ml bottle, Harbans Daya wine merchan wine shop charged me 750rs by saying that this is selling prices increased long back but the m.r.p. Mentioned in 570rs only.
Want to lock a action against this wine shop

My complaint is that there is a wine shop opened in my village Bithan . Po
Chahar kalan. Teh- loharu. Dist BHIWANI. state - haryana
Pin - 127201 on main bus stand.
From where our village's gov school is only 100 Mtr away from this wine shop. And our villages asha worker are only 20 mtr away from this wine shop.
Our village residenctiol area is only 20 mtr away. So my request is that plz change that location of this wine shop.Because there is a very bad impact on student of our gov school .And our asha worker are not safe. They can face many difficulty during there job. And many students of different private school are caught there buses from there in front of that wine shop.
