I had placed an order on 14th feb 2019 for a bouquet of flowers and some chocolates and cake on www.winni.in for my beloved one.
I am highly disappointed by the service. Forget being late.. They failed to even deliver the products i ordered & nor entertained the call nor even they provide any proper customer support. They took the whole amount in advance because there is no other option but to pay first. Infact i had to pay extra 33.33% for same day & special day delivery.
I tried to track my order multiple times throughout the day but i couldn't get any response from WWW.WINNI.IN.
After several calls and mails till now they had not responded once, such a bad and irresponsible service. Today they told me taht it will be deliverd by 15.02.2019 and again on my question they disconnected the chat... Now i don't want to get it delivered and want to cancel the order and refund my amount in my account.
Worst service and customer support, i have encountered.
