Wipro — complaint about rak bank process and the wipro management | |
This is my experience with uae process rak bank in wipro. One of the worst process. They cheated people and kept employee in trap. While they hire they told shift will be from not 9 to eve 9 and fri sat fixed off as it is banking process. But after training they say it's rotational shift and off which is not fair. The process is worst process and it has bad reviews in website. Wipro dont pay properly and dont approve leave as per labour law. The management people are not worthy enough to handle. They treat people like #. Before joining they said its not target oriented but nw they force to do cross sell. The quality analyst people are another #. The calls has been evaluated by uae quality analyst people. They mark down for evrything and give errors and fatal calls. This is the only process which will never go live after completed four months also. So this is the reason for them to avoid giving incentives if we achieve target. No proper assistance given while taking call but they mark down and put errors simply. Because of the pressure given by management so many people got absconded. No professionalism maintained by mgmt. Because of their pressure out bound team got rampdown. They tell reason and lies but dont follow business ethics. This is the # process and # mgmt i have ever seen. Wipro is the brand one company. But they do have process which kills lives of people. Wipro is undertaken most unsucessfull bank process of rak bank uae (National bank of ras so khaima). The process head is pavithra and mona, manger is raina team leaders are manoj, shivam, mahesh and haripriya. And few more # are landed who worked with bank. The head for rak bank is maher. And 30 people are callers. This is the strength. People who mentioned above nobody knows professionalism. They hired people by telling world full of lies.
