[Resolved]  Wipro — elite 2019- not able to upload the mandatory documents on synergy portal

I am a selected candidate in elite nlth-2019 process on 12 january. I accepted the offer letter and has been asked by wipro on 15th jan to upload the mandatory documents. I am trying to log in since 4 days with my credentials. But there is no tab/option in my portal to upload the documents for bgv. I have been sending mails to manager. [protected]@wipro.com verification. [protected]@wipro.com. I have also tried reaching all the toll free numbers but there is no positive response.
The last date to upload the documents is 30th january. There is a offer tab, joining tab, boarding pass tab but there is no documents clarification or document uploading tab in the portal.
Kindly help regarding this matter at the earliest possible.

Updated by Srishtiikakkar I have been writing to this email id manager.[protected]@wipro.com and verification.[protected]@wipro.com from a long time but the problem still reamains the same. The portal issue has not been resolved

I have already written to them, tried contacting manager, verification team and audit team. But still the problem is same

still you have the problem?
if you resolved the problem please help me to upload my documents. i don't have a tab such as document upload in my desktop

How did u resolve the wipro portal as it was showing no tab of mandatory documents upload.. pls suggest me the solution for that as the same problem arises for me
Same problem with me. If you have resolved then please share what to ddo in this matter.
