Wipro — pf withdrawal

I have send mail regarding my pf withdrawal to '[protected]@wipro.com' however got failure notice with the below listed reason: [protected]@wipro.com only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list.

I need your help to get my pf withdrawal from wipro. Below are my credentials with wipro:
