Wipro — reg. issue on submitting details

I have to upload my candidate background verification details in my candidate desktop before the last date. Though i can log on to my candidate desktop the candidate background verification tab is not loading. Its just showing that "the page you're trying to view is not available". Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Today is my last date for submission. Please help me to solve this.
