Wipro — wipro synergy account locked

Hello sir/ma'am, my name is revati singh and resume number is 9297386, i changed my password fees weeks ago. When i am entering the password its saying that my user account has been locked. Due to this i am not able to download my boarding pass. I have an interview on 7/1/2020.

Hence i request you kindly unlock my account as it's is very urgent.

Sir my resume number is 9298347. When i am trying to login in the PBLApp the message is flashing invalid username or password.
And i am using my resume number as a login id and password both.
Kindly help me out.
