Wipro — with no dues only I have resigned my job

Hi,

I have resigned my job with no dues from the admin team but now they are saying me to pay a huge amount. I have resigned properly only but now this happens.
I have resigned my job on jan'31, 2018.

I have not asked for the experience letter. Then why so this happens.

So, please can someone help me for this problem to be solved.
