Wisdom Jobs — totally have paid 2000 usd and no reply on refund

I have been contacted by hussain shaikh (Shaikh. [protected]@wisdomjobsgulf.com) 2 months ago and suggested to pay the membership of 150 usd so my cv can be distributed to the human resources. Payment has been done via the link they have sent.
After 2 weeks they called me again and informed me that they have arrange the first meeting with the company and the hr manager that i know from kuwait.
Since the name and company known by me but i never had a talk i believed your colleagues and paid another 1000 usd under deposit fee which was promised by your colleagues that will be refund once i receive my first check.
While i was expecting an other interview hussain shaikh called me and said mr. Brain would like to talk to me, then brain asked me to pay another 750 usd for insurance after a discussion he convinced me to pay the money which i have done at the same day. Since all payment had been done via the link which was connecting to wisdom gulf job website.
Since i thought wisdom gulf job is professional recruiting company i trusted the people called me for job and payment.
After i have paid the money i called the company and the person who i supposed to had an interview but he has no clue!!! And he said he never talked to me and he said company doesn't have an agreement with your company

I have sent sent several emails asking for details and/or payment refund there is no respond and they dont answer the calls.
All correspondings can be sent as a proof
I am requesting 2000 usd back to my credit card account but no one is answering, need help to refund my money
