Wish — the money has been deducted and order has not been placed | |||||
On 21october2018 time 7:52 pm (IST) i have done online purchase on app called WISH and during payment time they were not accepting my card so i paid the amount of 414 through Paytm and after that when i saw my order history it was empty but the amount was deducted from my account.on next day i mailed them they told me that no money was received by them.they are denying of any payment i made to their site. now after having coversation with paytm they told that from their side money has been transferred to the merchant and they give the order id i.e 5bcc8aff0f431985de39d70b UTR reference number for this transaction is CITIN[protected]. and when i give these details to the WISH they straight away denied that order id doesn't match with their system. and when i discussed this matter with paytm they said have some patience. and from that day till now both the company hasn't done anything on this matter.they are just harassing me specially WISH. thats all Was this information helpful? | |||||
