Wishyourholiday representative zoya khan offer me mahabaleshwar deal and rate was finalize 9000 with mango valley view hotel only. She told we will provide same hotel also she has shared room photo also. Then asked for advanced. I had transfered 2000 on wishyourholiday bank account then they had changed hotel to cheap hotel. After that i request them to refund as rate was decided based on mango valley view hotel and now they providing cheap hotel or provide 2k taxi service. But nigher provided taxi service nor refund.
