I would like to bring to your notice, the product (Samsung power bank 30000mah) ordered from wishingone.com which was delivered against the work order wo[protected] is faulty.

The delivered product seems to be a used one and it couldn't charge my phone even once.

Looking at thr no. Of complaints against wiahingone i feel people are getting cheated and its a fraud company dealing in used and scrapped devices. They dont even have a customer care no. For india.

Cyber cell should keep a watch on such fraud companies who are continiously duping thousands of people on a daily basis. A thorough due deligence of such companies should be done before they start selling their products online.

Hence may i kindly request you to get my refund as soon as possible.
