Wishnet Broadband — Internet Connection Getting Disconnected

I am currently a resident of Kolkata, I am a customer of Wishnet Broadband Internet Service Provider. I am using the Plan - WishPower Super (1347/- Per Month).Since the past month (November, 2013) I have been facing internet connectivity problems on a regular basis. I have been informing the customer care of Wishnet also as been informed to report if there happens to be any sort of problem. The Customer Care number is[protected]. Whenever there is no internet connectivity, I report to them only to hear two things - "Please check the Ping reply to the dns address - 172.16.0.1" Or " Is Your LAN CABLE CONNECTED OR NOT..!!! ". I normally used to face the problem mainly at night time -Approximately - 10pm to 2pm. I used to call them up and report the issue. They keep telling me " They are registering a DOCKET number based on my complaint " and that " It is a problem that is field oriented ". And Yes the Problem IS RESOLVED by them only till the next night. My question is that is this going to occur on a daily basis ?? I have again faced the problem today - 13/12/2013 at about 11.25 am. I immediately called the Customer Care and informed them, but to my astonishment i found out that the executive was very rude and he hung up before even i could say anything. He seemed not the even trying to listen to me. I again called up and sternly replied to the next Customer Care Executive who received the call, " What kind of behavior is this?? " He just gave me an email id to which he told me to mail my doubts and complains. My question is that I am using this Internet service only by paying an amount which is more or less NOT CHEAP (1347/- per month). Is this the kind of BEHAVIOR and QUALITY OF SERVICE that I am supposed to get after trusting this company? There is a Customer Care Service of the company where we can inform our complaints and queries, but this company provides none i guess. I would like the consumer forum officials please help me in finding a solution regarding this issue.
