Witty Cart — damaged product received and want to return it and want refund my money

I had ordered wc1 smart watch through witty cart on line vide order no. Wc41897 on 17th december 2018. I received the parcel of smart watch. When opened for putting sim card it is observed that the batter is fully damaged and had become shapeless, balloon type. When i tried to put it back it was not possible to fit it again. I am really surprised to receive such a damaged watch from you… i would request you to kindly send me replacement at the earliest as the said watch is not working else refund the amount of 2000/-. It is our hard earned money and we trusted your while placing he order. Please do the needful at the earliest. Please see below snaps of damaged battery.

After this complaint i received a replacement which is also a worst product. It is really unfortunate that the replacement smart watch sent by you 3 days back is also of very poor quality, its battery doesn’t even last for half an hour. Who keeps charging watch for every half an hour and who has that provision when someone is travelling? This is really surprising that you people supply worst quality material to your customers. As it was mentioned that the best quality watch worth rs.10000/- is given at discounted price @ 2000/- i decided to buy it but really disappointed to see that this is really a bad product.

I want you to refund my money by taking your product back within a week’s time. This is final and i have understood that this product is not even worth 200/-. I cannot waste my hard earned money on this. Irn 2000/- is a big amount for me. Please let me know procedure for refund.

Please help me in getting my money back.
