I had ordered wc1 smart watch through witty cart on line vide order no. Wc61861 on 12th february 2019 i received the parcel of smart watch. When opened for putting sim card it is observed that the batter is fully damaged and had become shapeless, balloon type. When i tried to put it back it was not possible to fit it again. I am really surprised to receive such a damaged watch from you… i would request you to kindly send me replacement at the earliest as the said watch is not working else refund the amount of 2000/-.
