I had ordered wc1 smart watch through witty cart on line vide order no. Wc46090 on 30 december 2018. I received the parcel of smart watch. When opened for putting sim card it is observed that the battery is fully damaged and had become shapeless, balloon type. When i tried to put it back it was not possible to fit it again. I am really surprised to receive such a damage battery from you. It's poor product

The product is fake..no resemblance with the advertisement..it’s just a vest t shirt .. it has no materials that makes it slimming ..its just a nylon vest ...paka fake product ...pls return my money

I ordered smart watch in wittycart which costs ₹1999..two days later I got that watch which is damaged and not even similar to the product which has been displayed in the website.. This website is totally fraud and I want to register a complaint on them.. Please help to refund the money that I paid.. kindly take respective action on them..
