I ordered a air cooler from witty cart for @1999rs and received the damaged product. The are not replying to the mail i have sent them for return and i have sent the parcel back to the company. I want my money back. The product is packed by vsk2 international and i have received it on 12/07/2019 by bluedart courier s.
Order id is wc202105. I want my money back.

With reference to my order number wc 248959 delivered on 20th august 2019 is undersized. Poor quality and instead of three as promised, the packet contained only one panty . I have the proof and will sue the company bringing culprits to jail, if not redressed my issue .
I will also launch a media campaign against you guys .

I have purchased posture corrector belt but received the belt in damage condition..so I want to return the product and want the refund back.They have return policy option but cannot use it..so please help me with it..
