I had purchased a smart watch from wittycart website. I had received a watch which seems used also the quality of the product is worst and features & options doesn't match with their advertising video.
I had completely gone through their website but couldn't find a return windows for purchased product.
It's a fraudulent site i guess since no return window in webpage
I would be pleased if my complaint is seriously considered and a return and refund is initiated.
