Wittycart Unitech Arcadia — wittycart not responding for return

I was bought high waist slimming panty wide orderno. Wc247906 dt 17.08.2019 it was delivered to my address on 21.08.2019. From the date of delivery day i continuously mailing to return that piece due to wrong size delivered but they r not responding. There is no any contact no. Mention in the portal n mails are not responding. Pls guide n help me for same.
