Wockhardt Hospitals — Hospital has taken amount for high value injections and now refusing to refund it

During treatment of my mother in law in Wockhardt Hospitals, Nashik, hospital has taken amount 40K for high value injections which were not utilised during the treatment . As patient's condition was very serious, I paid that amount immediately .

Now hospital is refusing to refund that amount .
I have been contacting hospital from last 2 months but not getting proper response .

Also before starting the treatment hospital has taken separate amount for Covid test which was 6500 including PPE kit . Later on I came to know that bill also contains entry for covid test . Here they are cheating me by taking amount twice .

I want my amount to be refunded by hospital 40K + covid test amount .

Updated by Manjusha Bhalerao Billing desk staff is too rude and not at all cooperative. They just shout on us and do whatever they want . I made big mistake by selecting Wockhardt hospital and after 3 days I decided to move to other hospital but wockhardt charged too high that I could not in the situation to pay bill in other hospital .

Going further I will never select this hospital and would recommend to other that not to go for this . They are just cheating people .
