Womenstore is a site maintained by frauds. The pictures you see of the products are completely different from what you get. I had ordered a soft silk saree and what I got was a footpath material. Worst material. They don't respond to emails, Whatsapp. Nor answer phone call. They are creating a bad name for all online selling portals . Facebook should also stop running their ads as we trust Facebook ads and place order. Pls be aware. I am planning to Lodge a police complaint... whoever has been cheated pls join.

I want to return the product and the return tab on the site doesn't work. The quality of the product is worst.
I got wrong product and want to return the same. But the number provided by them is not responding for return requests. They only collect orders. They mislead customers and sell fake products. They told 7 days return..but no procedure initiated by them for that. They give fake promises...
Totally regret ordering from www.womenstore.in. I got a different product. The product doesn't even look worth the money. And decided to return it but the customer service isn't responding. I sent 2 emails, sent WhatsApp messages and tried to call a few times but no response. Worst experience of online shopping.
Fraud company, no proper response for returning the product, worst quality, making money by fooling people, seriously demanding to take proper action on this site. Requesting people not to buy any product uder this site
Same has happened to me but i got my money back please do what i suggest. I have placed a fake order from another number without giving any of my details except my first name and pin code and placed that order with cod. For confirmation they called me then i have scolded them, they said to return the product to their address. I have sent the product to their address thrpugh DTDC(These courier charges was baired by me). And after the courier was delivered i have placed another fake order through another number. Then they have called for confirmation. Then i have told that i have returned the product so please return my money. Next day i got a call saying to send my bank details. After sending my details i got the refund within 2 days. The amount of saree was Rs.1500/- but they sent me only Rs.1400/- saying that the courier charges will nit be refunded . So i request all of you to do in the same manner what i have done and for sure you will get the money
I also had the same experiance...i orderd a lehenga and they gave me a footpath material with poor quity and different colour...and its completely different from that of from the picture, i send the product back for refund...till now i didn't recieved any refund nor they attend my calls or watsapp msges
I placed an order and it got delivered fake product, asked for return of the product and then they asked for account number and the contact number of the account it being registered, they make fool of me by asking me my UPI pin and made a transaction of all the amount from my account and I remain with 1rs in my account. This site is run by fraud, please raise as many complains as possible, so someone will take action against them and please return my money.
I also experience the same, I had placed an order for a lehenga but i dint get what i ordered and the one that I received also look very bad. I am trying to check their refund policy on website but there is an issue and those customer care numbers are of no use as no one responds on that number, I dont see any response on watsapp or email. I have sent the product back bearing courier cost, I just want them to refund the cost of the lehenga. Please need a strict action action on them.
I ordered a lehenga but they delivered a waste material... I ordered one but I received one... fake website... I have been trying past 2 days for return policy to store but there is no response from website nd customer support... Don't buy anything in this website..
