Wonderchef Home Appliances — no response from customer care for warranty claim

Kitchenwares were purchased 3/4 months back and it has two years of warranty. The non-stick coatings came out within 3 months. I registered the complaint on 3rd may. On 21st may, i was told and assured the replacement has been processed and will be delivered within 6-7 days. Upon not receiving an update i sent another follow-up mail on 31st may. Till now there is no update on the same.

Rotor gears for small jug grinder has been worn out.i have procured it on 15/07/2016 and it has two year warranty.i was brought it through online from Mr Sanjeev Kapoor.

Pl arrange to change it as it is in warranty period

Wonderchef is very worst company i called to their number .they put my call on hold for 30 minutes

Is there any policy to punish the culprits or not? I haven't heard anything back from the vendor.
