[Resolved] Wonderchef Home Appliances — poor customer care | |||
We had purchased wonderchef's nutriblend product for our day to day use, but it just stopped working only after a month. Now even after registering a complaint for the same on the (22nd-feb-2020), for which the company representative told us that technician would reach out to us with in 4 hours and will be at our service in 24 hours from the time of complaint registration. Its the 3rd day no technician has contacted us or has come to our place to correct the mixer. Note - we have reached out to customer care several times in between for the clarification on the same everytime they tell us the issue has been escalated and someone will be there to rectify it but nothing has happened so far. Purchased one hot meal slim tiffin on line on 13.02.2020. A second hand defective piece was sent. By them and for the last 15 days number of complaints were made. It was informed that they neither have refund policy nor have piece for replacement. Now making false promises for last 15 days with no replacement till date. Today their manager gaurav ([protected]) said it may take another 15 days. When i went to post my review on their site i was shocked to see the reviews people calling them a shameless company with no after sale services. Regret having made the purchase online from such a junk company i have already posted my review on the site and shall keep on updating customers with my experience on daily basis till such time the piece is replaced
