Wonderchef Home Appliances — received damaged picasso induction wok | |
Hi ordered one picasso induction set of 3 pieces in july 2017 with order number wdc[protected], received it in specified time however, one of the wok out of 3 was damaged when received and opened the package. For this i raised a complaint # wc-bt[protected] in july itself; i have been told that i will get a replacement in 7 working days initially, and since then every week when i call i get a dialogue for another 5-7 working days which hasn't come till today at the time of writing. After 1 month 15 days of following up i feet totally frustrated and cheated. I purchased during the sale and looks like wonderchef intentionally sent the damaged wok as they wanted to clear their stock after gst implications. This was a gift for my married friend and now i'm at completely embarrassing situation. Despite me following up every week customer care people don't seem to take it seriously. If anything can be done via this medium it would be appreciated else i have no way left but to go to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |

I have transfered money into wonderchef account mumbai branch and asked to send rotating handle chopper. Its been more than 15 days but no updates yet.
