[Resolved] Wonderchef Home Appliances — wonderchef juicer mixer grinder with 2 jars | |||
I have been filing complaint for my mixer grinder for past 2 weeks.My mixer has been is stuck with some paste inside it which has been rotten now just because of no technician has been assigned till now. Everytime I call the customer care they say they will assign someone maximum by today but still nobody has been assigned.Kindly do something about it or else I will file a legal complaint against your company. Purchased wonderchef nutri blend with 3 jars on oct 7th. The 3rd big jar doesn't work at all. And the coupler in the motor broke

One of the Horrible Experiences with SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Since[protected] my mixie is under repair with the service centre, thrice they brought the mixie after repair to my Home but mixie was not working . Every time they have an excuse sir motor defective hai second time motor plate kharab hai now third time they declared my jars are defective.
If the Motor, Motor Plate and all Jars are defective that SHOWS the Quality of the Product. I purchased this product in Nov.-2020, it is just 07Months old and every part is defective. Please REPLACE the old defective piece with NEW ONE or REFUND the complete MONEY.
Or I will go for legal proceedings.
