Ordered a prato compact juicer on 10th dec 2018 but in defective condition. Complained and received the mail that my complaint has been registered. But still not received the exchange for the defective piece. My invoice and complaint number is is given below. When enquired about my status i was told that my exchange has been approved and will be receiving a mail. But still not received a mail nor any action has been taken. Kindly look into the matter and help me receive the exchange... It has been my worst experience with wonderchef.. Actually i had bought this because of chef. Sanjeev kapor ads but it was shocking to know that how chef sanjeev is supporting this kind of action actually since he is responsible for wonderchef he should also get to know the difficulties of customer and sort the issues, but i dont see any of the positive reply from wonder chef...
