Bought it just one week ago and all I wanted to do was make a scoop of protein shake. Can't even do that! The rubber grip keeps coming off and gets badly tangled around the blade, and the lid gets loose ( despite closing it properly), leaking the content. First time, I thought that i had added too much liquid (350 ml of water), the jar capacity is 500 ml. I cut this this down to just 200 ml and it's the same story. Not just this, today the same thing happened again and i realised that there were tiny bits of black plastic in my glass only after I drank more than half of it. The taste felt weird and i got a detectable size piece in my mouth, that's when I took a closer look. I've thrown up twice since and really scared that it would have a bad effect on my health. This is the worst investment ever! And to think that I was so excited to buy it all for a glass of shake that I have been unable to enjoy. Please take this product off my hands, I have the box and warranty card too. The grinder jar has not been used at all. And after today's incident, this product will just be packed in its box and kept aside. Was this information helpful? |
