Woodland — complaint regarding bad quality of sandal | |||||
I purchased a sandal from woodland store pacific mall dehradun (Mx9555 black36) whose mrp was 6495 after discount i purchased it for 4598 on 20 aug 2017. I wore it For a short span of time next day, it injured my small fingure and Thumb when i reached my office i saw its leather was cracking and its Bottom inside layer was peeling, wrinkles were seen and pasting was Comming out. I felt shocked and pain i spended that much amount and the Result was so bad. This brand is known for its leather quality and Durability this was something not expected from their side. I have Complained about the same in the store but did not received any solution. This was their answer We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As per the images of your product shared by the store, there is no manufacturing defect in the product. It is in a non repairable / non-exchangeable condition, due to physical damage and wear & tear. We regret to inform you we will not be able to assist you in this regard, kindly collect the same from the store. We appreciate your patience & co-operation. My point is if you are not responsible for your are product quality then who is? Why should i purchase that much costly product if that is not durable at least i would prefer a cheaper one to have no regrets? After the response of your people and policy mentioned it seems that all the Points in your policy only made in interest of company not in interest Of customer. How can any consumer will buy a product whose durability Challenge only after one single use. Is it not your responsibility to takcare of such type of case even it Goes beyond your already set policy. Because if you tell your customer To wear a repair sandle only after single use then are you not malign Your brand value and also loosing trust of customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Woodland customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 18, 2017 PK Choudhary Panku's response i purchased shoes online but some size issue with it so i want to exchange it with one lower size. but till now no help get from customer care please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

with due respect I want to say that I have purchased a pair of shoes on 24.07.2017 from shonipat factory Outlet .Next day when I wear it the sole of shoes broken into two pics and then i talk on woodland care no. they ask me to
deposited on near outlet.now they ask to pick a repaired pair shoes. Sir you make a suitable solution.
