I purchased 2 pair of shoes from their official site online, they deliver me shoes after 10 days after I write 2-3 mails to them!!
After that they delivered me one pair of shoes smaller size than I ordered. When I was trying to connect on their official toll free number, it couldn't connect ..
On email They are giving reply by 2 or 3 days, sometimes they even didn't reply..
They are asking me to go to courier post office to deliver them the wrong pair of shoes, they are not providing pick up facilities..
Now I am asking reason for same they don't even replying, I am Asking them IF I will do Courier by myself then Product will be replaced or I will get Refund, But they don't bother to even reply of my query.. just pathetic and Worst Experience ever.. Their CUSTOMER care executive is not bother to resolve any query, they are like local vendors behaving rudely with you if you are complaining after sales.. They are just sitting their to SELL only.. After Sales they don't even reply.. Now I am Stuck with my money of that One Pair Smaller size of shoes.. Nobody is ### Care to Reply!! Just Pathetic Experience.. Will Never Buy from Woodland Again.. nothing is mentioned on their official site, , expected Delivery date, Expected Return Date, Expected Return/Refund Amount Or anything..
