Woodland — Exchange of Shoes due to Inappropriate Size

Few days ago, I ordered "Excursion DNAVY shoes" and today I have received the order, however, I want to exchange the shoes due to the large size.
I placed the order for Euro Men size 41 but now I would need Euro Men size 40 of the same item, please assist on this as I'm not able to raise the exchange request from Woodland website:
