Bought shoes from woodland estore on 4th aug. They got delivered on 27th aug itself but size was bigger so I requested for replacement in just 24 hours after receiving the shoes.
Since then those are kept with me in Complete Original Packaging.
It's been 6 days since then.
Pickup for my order is still not attempted yet and nobody has contacted either.
Also on www.woodlandworldwide.com this order status is not updated even when I have already received these shoes on 7th aug 2022.
I am a regular customer of Wood Store but this is the first time I tried your online store and I am struggling so much just for a size change.
No one picks call on there customer care number .i.e.[protected] even after waiting for hours on the line.
I tried connecting on email as well but they reply with a copy-paste sorry messages without any solution to my problem.
