I had purchased a pair of woodland shoes in 2014. They were used only for special occasions therefore were used very less. From inside it is as good as new but sole side material is chipping off.. It's in really bad condition. It looks like shelf life of material is finished. The sole material of the shoes is too bad. Request you to register complaint. Repair/ replace the shoes. Hi team,

I had visited for replacement of sole which i had purchased from Woodland store, i was clearly said we do not replace sole we only repair them. I recently got sole repaired (paid repair) from the same store, and now the manger was not accepting for sole repair for other ones.
