I have bought sandals on 20th of Jan 2017. i used it hardly for a month and then my left leg started paining, when i rectified the i came to know that air in the leg sandal is leaked ant its giving pain in the fingers and feet. i ahve writtenn mail on 27th march(it was under warrenty period)l to the customer care, the response came like this, Dear Customer Thanks for your mail We deeply regret to inform you that we will be unable to assist you in this regard. We appreciate your patience & co-operation Yours Sincerely Customer Care Woodland Let's Make Ecolution Possible AC ... if this is the response why these people are saying that 90 days is the manufacturer warranty. without rectifying the sandals they straight away said its physical damage without having look at it even though it was not. I have purchased a pair of woodland shoes in the month of July 2016 and the shoes got spoiled in January 2017 i have paid Rs. 4400. Then I took into showroom and I asked for replacement and they were like we can't do any replacement. They kept the shoes for 20 days and gave the shoes back by applying a glue. I need justice for this. Thank you 😊
