Worst experience ever...
Is that what woodland is known for?

I've been trying to return the shoes.
but you guys aren't replying on email and reading mail properly ?

I wrote to them for a reverse pickup on 9 jan till date they are playing on emails not responding properly

I like the product on website then order was placed however I have fit issue thus asking to return. That’s very simple

Don’t understand why they are taking much time to respond on mail even.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in 15 years. I ordered an item in January, to which I was told it can be return. However they are not responding now ?? How can they cheat customer through e-commerce
