Woodland — shoes degraded within 2 months from purchase | |||||
Dear woodland team, Let me start with your starting line from the last mail - "dear customer, Thanks for being associated with woodland & sharing your valuable feedback." Firstly, 1. Do you really feels thanks or just for the sake of protocol you are bound to do this? 2. What kind of service is woodland india providing to its customer now-a-days? If its the same which i am getting then the condition is really thinkable..!! *i would really like you guys to answer the above questions.* Now coming to my issue, it has been more than a month now, since i updated my issue to the online care & more than a month via offline turn-abouts. I am really not able to understand whose fault is this? I have submitted all bills, went via a proper channel, followed correct procedure to claim warranty, patiently waited for corrected product. Still the issue is same. The right side of shoe of the pair is degraded and lining has been developed over it while the other shoe of same pair is wonderfully ok. Yesterday, after waiting for more than a month when i went to collect my shoes, the exact same pair of shoe which i submitted for defect were again returned to me claiming to be repaired. Does woodland has started assuming that the customers are fool that they cannot even make out about simple polishing of product? Eagerly waiting to get a callback from your team. (The same has been conveyed over mail also and in person also at the store.) Was this information helpful? | |||||
