I ratan lal singh, purchased a shoes vide invoice no. [protected] dt 04 jan 2018 and delivered on 08 jan 2018. When i opened the packet i found that shoes are from different pair.in present condition the shoes are not usable at all. I made a complain on the same day. But it was on your purchase enquiry site. I got today your complaint site and again making same complain. Please arrange to pick up the defective shoes and replace with good one or refund my money st the earliest.
